Meetona is simple idea - an online calendar to help make it easier to organise meetings.

How does it work? The person wanting to organise a meeting sets up a calendar with a suggested date range for the meeting, and emails the link to participants. They specify the timeslots they can or can't make, by editing the calendar online. The organiser can easily see when everyone IS available, so they can set up the meeting at the most suitable time. It's a free service, and pretty simple to use.
